PT Antareja Mahada Makmur (AMM) began operating coal mining services in January 2025 at the PT Satria Bahana Sarana (SBS) site in Muara Enim, South Sumatra.
This subsidiary of PT Putra Perkasa Abadi (PPA), along with PT SBS, is committed to creating a mining operation that is safe, productive, and contributes to the welfare of the surrounding community.
According to AMM’s President Director, Joko Triraharjo, the PPA Group is committed to mining safety as well as efforts to advance the Muara Enim region.
"We are committed to operational safety. Our hope is that AMM's presence can bring a positive impact on the welfare of the community," said Joko in his statement, which was quoted in Jakarta on Saturday.
Meanwhile, the President Director of SBS, Agung Pratama, emphasized the importance of collaboration in advancing the mining industry while also empowering the local community.
"We are talking about the legacy that SBS and AMM can create. Hopefully, this synergy will not stop here, but will continue to support government programs and the progress of the local community," he added.
The AMM SBS site targets a production of 30 million BCM of overburden (OB) in 2025, with a focus on safe and sustainable operations. This synergy is expected to mark a new milestone in creating a positive impact for the Indonesian mining industry and the surrounding community.
