Bruker S1 Titan is a Handheld XRF that can manage to analyze mining in form of rock and powder samples. 50kV with 4 Watt Rhodium Xray Tube. It can analyze from Mg-U with total elements up to 46 elements. It has detector shield that can protect detector from being puncture of sharp object. It also can make an Emperical Calibration using numbers of CRM to form calibration curve same as WDXRF. With Emperical calibration, user can limited the error of calibration below 3% and can make better accuracy.
