PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk. (AMMN) said that the company has signed a Banking Loan Facility worth USD 350 million with several banks in Indonesia and Singapore. This was conveyed by the Corporate Secretary of AMMN, Vemmy Febrianti, in a written statement quoted on Wednesday (2/8).
Vemmy said that this facility can be withdrawn at any time according to the request of the Company's subsidiary, PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara (AMNT). These funds can later be used by AMNT for general corporate purposes, working capital, capital expenditures, payment of fees, costs and expenses in connection with related facilities.
"This facility will be paid back within 4.5 years with a repayment date of December 23, 2027," he said. This Banking Loan Facility is guaranteed on a pari passu basis with other existing AMNT senior facilities.
However, Vemmy stressed, this Banking Loan Facility does not have a direct impact on Issuers or Public Companies, but indirectly through AMNT.
"The direct impact of this Banking Loan Facility on AMNT is the impact of operations and business activities as a support in increasing AMNT's liquidity to finance its operational activities and to increase its business activities (including the AMNT expansion program)" he said.
PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk (AMMN) listed its initial shares on the IDX on 7 July 2023 as the 45th Listed Company on the IDX. The funds obtained from this IPO amounted to IDR 10.726 trillion.
PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara (AMNT) is a subsidiary of PT Medco Energy (MEDC) engaged in mining which operates a 25,000ha copper and gold mine located on Sumbawa Island, Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia.
