Roytec offers a full range of Continuous and Batch make-up and dosing plants. Our Continuous Plants have compartmented mixing/hydration tanks and dosing tank which range from 0.8m³ to 19.0m³ (total volume). These units are skid mounted with all motors, valves and instruments pre-wired to a composite MCC Local Control Panel for “plug-and-play” installation on site. Our large Batch Flocculant Plants range
from 10.0m³ to 500.0m³ tank volumes complete with dry powder handling system, transfer and dosing pump skid to suit including powder silo, hoist and crawl beam, access structure, instrumentation and control.
