No, you do not have to pay for a Mining Pass. It is an invitation-only ticket and is provided at NO cost to selected participants.

With a Mining Pass, you gain three days of access to the Indonesia Miner’s Conferences (advance booking required), Exhibition, and exclusive Networking Functions, which include refreshments such as coffee breaks and lunch. Additionally, the pass provides access to Networking Chat and Personal Identification features on the Indonesia Miner Networking App.

Yes, although the Mining Pass provides access for all three days, you are welcome to attend on one or two specific days. The event runs from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on June 10 - 12, 2025.

If you are unable to attend Indonesia Miner Conference & Exhibition 2025, you may designate a substitute or replacement. Please inform us of your substitute's details at least 7-14 days prior to the event.

Pre Badge Claim : For a quicker entry, you can claim your badge in advance at the designated area in the venue on June 9, 2025, starting at 5 PM
Registration Desk : On the day of the event, proceed to the registration desk with your ticket and ID.
Verification and Badge Collection : Present your documents for verification. Once confirmed, you will receive your badge, which grants access to the event areas.

No, each Mining Pass is personal and assigned to one registered name only. It cannot be shared or transferred to another individual. Please ensure that the individual attending the event is the one whose name is registered on the Mining Pass.
