PT VALE Indonesia Tbk's smelter in East Luwu Regency is capable of producing approximately 240 tons of nickel per day and is currently working on three large smelter projects in three locations, namely Sorowako, Bahodopi and Pomalaa.

The total investment reached around IDR 134.3 trillion.
