Australia's Macmahon Holdings Gains on New Mining Contract in Indonesia

Shares of Macmohan Holdingsrise (MAH) as much as 3.7% to AUD 0.555, their biggest intraday pct gain since November 17.
Mining services provider says it has been awarded underground mining contract for Kucing Liar mine in Central Papua, Indonesia by Freeport-McMoRan's unit.
Co says its scope of work includes the development of all underground fixed facilities within the mine.
Says the first 12 months of the contract are valued at AUD 36 million (USD 23.27 million).
About 3.3 mln shares traded, 1.2x the 30-day average.
YTD, stock up 59.4%, including the current session's move.
